Terms of Service

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Tiggybooks.

Use Tiggybooks for your own legitimate business. Do not break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, upload malware, attempt to access other accounts or our systems without authorization, scrape or overload the service, or use it to send spam or abusive messages. We may suspend or remove access for activity that breaks these terms or puts the platform, other users, or their clients at risk.

When you accept payments through Tiggybooks, whether on your own connected Stripe account or a Tiggybooks-managed account, you also agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and Stripe’s list of prohibited and restricted businesses. You may not use Tiggybooks payments for any business or activity Stripe prohibits, for anything illegal, or to process payments that are not for your own genuine goods and services.

You are responsible for your transactions, including refunds and chargebacks. We may pause or remove your access to payments, withhold or reverse funds, and close managed payment accounts if we reasonably believe your activity is fraudulent, abusive, prohibited, or creates risk for Tiggybooks or Stripe.

Fees.If you connect your own Stripe account, Tiggybooks adds no transaction fee on your client payments (Stripe’s own processing fees still apply). If you use a Tiggybooks-managed payment account instead, a 2% Tiggybooks fee applies to each transaction, on top of Stripe’s processing cost.

Tiggybooks is offered on paid plans, billed monthly or yearly. New accounts start with a free trial. When the trial ends, or when you choose a plan, your selected plan begins and your payment method on file is charged automatically each billing period until you cancel.

You can change plans any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can cancel any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change plan pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the billing period after the notice.

You own the content you create and upload, including your clients’ information. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to use that information and for handling it lawfully. We process client data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

Tiggybooks, including its software, design, and brand, belongs to us. These terms do not give you any rights to our intellectual property beyond using the service as intended.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Tiggybooks and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or create risk for the platform. After an account closes we keep your data for a limited period in case you return, then delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the product grows. We will update the date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continuing to use Tiggybooks after a change means you accept the updated terms.
