They join on a yearly plan
Your friend signs up through your link and starts a yearly Tiggybooks membership. If they begin monthly and upgrade later, it still counts.
You both get a free month
Once they have been with us for 90 days, you and your friend each get a free month added as account credit. That simple.

Referral program terms

Yearly plans only
A referral counts only when your friend signs up through your personal link and starts on a yearly plan. Monthly sign-ups do not qualify. If a friend starts monthly and later switches to yearly, the referral qualifies from the switch.

You both earn
When a referral qualifies, you and your friend each receive one free month.

Credit becomes valid after 90 days
The free month is granted only once the referred account has been active on its yearly plan for 90 continuous days.

Cancelling before 90 days voids it
If the referred account cancels or moves off its yearly plan before the 90 days are up, the referral and its credit are void.

Pending credits expire after cancellation
If an account stays cancelled for more than 30 days, any pending credits that have not yet been earned are forfeited.

Credit is account credit only
Free months are applied as credit toward your next invoice, equal to your plan's monthly rate. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or refunded.

Up to twelve months
You can earn up to twelve free months in total, one for each qualifying referral. That is a full year on us.

Genuine, new referrals only
Referrals must be new Tiggybooks accounts. You cannot refer yourself or your own additional accounts, and fake, self-dealing, or abusive sign-ups are not eligible.

When credits appear
Qualified credits are settled by an automated daily process, so a credit can take up to a day after the 90-day mark to show on your account.

We may update the program
Tiggybooks may change, pause, or end the referral program, and may withhold or reverse credits we believe were earned through error, fraud, or abuse.
